About this Event
Radical Honesty is a direct way of communicating and living that can lead to greater freedom, connection, and aliveness.
In this Radical Honesty weekend workshop in Berlin, you are invited to explore what happens when you set aside your habitual patterns and strategies and really begin to speak your truth instead. You will practice naming clearly, directly, and consciously what is actually happening inside you. This helps you perceive yourself more accurately and allows others to truly meet you. With practice, you may become more able to stay grounded in yourself and to respond spontaneously and congruently to the truths of others.
This weekend offers a space to experience how Radical Honesty can affect the way you relate to others and your overall sense of well-being. Many people find that greater honesty brings a sense of aliveness, presence, and a simpler, more direct connection.
Radical Honesty does not mean saying everything all the time without pause, nor is it a dogma. This powerful work is an open invitation to rediscover yourself at a deeper level and to engage in self-directed experiments that invite you to step beyond the edge of your comfort zone and arrive more fully in your strength and presence.
Through Radical Honesty, you may find that you move more quickly through conflict, blame, and frustration—and have more energy and clarity available for what truly matters to you.

This 3-day workshop is for you if you want to:
- Spend less time in your head and more time in real contact
- Live with more joyful risk-taking and aliveness
- Experience more energy in your body
- Be more spontaneous (and actually enjoy it)
- Make more conscious choices
- Let go of anger and conflict more quickly
- Free yourself from stress, performance pressure, and role expectations
Radical Honesty is a clear “YES” to the present moment—and a decision to live your life with intensity and integrity, rather than merely meeting expectations or remaining stuck in outdated roles from the past.
From Holding Back to Genuine Encounter
Imagine sitting across from someone and sensing that you’re holding something back—an insecurity, irritation, anger, or even a compliment that feels unfamiliar to express. In this workshop, you are invited to say exactly that—and to experience what happens when you show yourself instead of hiding. And when others do the same.
Energy is freed when you stop straining and managing and simply allow yourself to be more present. Conflicts often feel less threatening when they are addressed directly rather than avoided. Radical Honesty is an invitation to bring greater clarity, presence, and ease into your life.
Throughout the workshop, you always have a choice about whether and how you participate—or when you step back. You will learn to perceive your own wishes and boundaries more clearly and to take better care of yourself.
„Through the course, I began to truly perceive myself—feeling my body, noticing what I was actually feeling in the moment. I stopped constantly holding myself back in an attempt to please others. Instead, I started being honest with myself—and therefore with others as well. What I took away is the understanding that I can create a relationship based on trust by opening myself to the other person.“
