Create an embodied vision and plan for 2026 through dance, art therapy and somatic leadership tools rooted in the neuroscience of change
About this Event

What do you want to manifest in 2026? How can we embody the change we want to see in our lives and communities?

We invite you to imagine fearlessly and boldly in community through the interdisciplinary practice of expressive dance, somatic art therapy and science fiction.

You’ll be guided by three QTBIPOC leaders: Melissa Andrada (mel - they/them), keynote speaker, leadership coach and expressive arts healer, Isabelle Duffy (Iso - they/them), dance teacher and healer; and Sol Garcia Jones (they/he/she), equity facilitator and science fiction writer.

What we’ll cover

Our workshop is inspired by the work of civil rights activist Valarie Kaur and the Revoluationary Love Compass.

  • BREATHE: Ground into community and intention through meditation, sound healing and expressive movement
  • RAGE: Continue releasing any remaining blockages from 2025 through expressive trauma-informed dance and supportive space for sacred rage and healthy somatic release [see Iso's access choreography and playlist]
  • WONDER: Imagine the world you want to see through science fiction and fantasy alongside expressive arts therapy tool Miracle Question. Create a plan of action to manifest your dreams.

What to bring

  • A journal & pen
  • An open mind & heart
  • Comfortable to clothes move in

Who this is for
Creative leaders and changemakers who want to step into their full potential with clarity and courage. This workshop is open to all beings and we aspire to center queer BIPOC leaders.
