The leaves have fallen, the days turning grey, and the darkness arrives earlier. Cold is slowly starting to set in and the land is readying for sleep, to rest.So are we.
Against the grey days and the early end of daylight, all things magic begin to pop.
The stars on a clear night seem brighter, early snow brings a twinkle, and laughter seems louder as children giggle and play.
Fires are warmer, blankets softer, warm drinks in cold hands soothe.
November takes us from warm fall days into the silence of winter, a time when we honour the darkness and the light.
What if instead of seeing this month as in between we use this time to unwind, just as we prepare our yards and our homes for winter, what if we also prepared ourselves?
On Tuesday, November 18th at 7pm we will join together in the Fire room at the Lodge for a 90 minute Candlelit Gentle Yin Yoga practice where we ready ourselves for winter, by turning up and savouring the warmth in our hearts as we alight the candle within. Our time together will include the diffusion of 5 essential oils (plant medicine) into the room, and a Journey, similar to a Guided meditation will ignite our Radiant Hearts.

Cost: 45$, required at registration either by E-transfer or a credit card payment can be arranged.
