Together, in a small circle of women, we’ll gently open and refresh the heart through grounding, connection, and soulful practices designed to bring you back into alignment with your inner truth.
This is not about performing, fixing, or striving.
It’s about *remembering* who you are underneath the noise.
✨ **During our time together, you’ll experience:**
* A heart-opening **cacao ceremony**
* A guided **meditation journey**
* Immersive **sound healing**
* Light snacks including a refreshing salad (all ingredients served separately for allergies and preference), water and chocolate**
* Time to receive a sample **Angelic Reiki energy healing session**
* Reflective **art journaling** to connect with your inner voice and reflect on your experience so far
* A nourishing **closing circle** to integrate and share
Everything is offered in a gentle, welcoming way—no prior experience with any of these practices is needed.
This will be a cozy, intimate gathering (4–5 women) held in my home, allowing for deeper connection, personal attention, and a truly supportive space.
