Radiant Heart - Mindful Rituals for Deep Peace
Come join us at Yoga One in Mission Hills for a special event focused on cultivating inner serenity and equanimity. During this FREE WORKSHOP, we will explore various mindful rituals to help you connect with your heart and find deep peace within yourself. This in-person event is a unique opportunity to unwind, recharge, and center yourself in a welcoming and supportive environment. The studio is a gorgeous space with beautiful views of the canyon that invites relaxation. Let's come together to nourish our minds and hearts and set a collective intention to share our light in 2025. This is a service-based offering; optional donations accepted by cash or Venmo at the event. See you there!
What to Expect During This Workshop
Winter is a time for rest, renewal and transition. We turn inward to see what needs to be let go and what wants to emerge. Even when the world feels dark and divided, our hearts can be light and connected. Join this 2-hour interactive workshop to learn simple mindfulness practices that bring clarity and ease to daily life and peace through any challenge. We will explore the art of mindful awareness, breath, movement, communication and consumption with guided meditation, group activities, personal reflection and open dialogue. Gain insight around stress triggers, tools for mindful responding, and ideas for creating customs that cultivate balance and serenity. Bring a yoga mat, journal and pen, and wear comfortable clothes. Yoga blocks and blankets will be available to support sitting on the floor. Please register in advance to reserve your space for this event. Contact event organizer (not Yoga One) with any questions or concerns.
