Radiance: 2026 New Year Reset – Pilates, Breathwork & Goal Setting (NYC) WOMEN-ONLY

This intimate women-only NYC experience blends Pilates Sculpt, intentional goal setting, and nervous-system breathwork in an elevated studio setting. Guests will move with purpose through a 50-minute Sculpt class, guided stretch, journaling and goal setting, and a closing visualization with sound-based breathwork- leaving grounded, aligned, and connected alongside like-minded NYC women.
