Callout to all Spriritial Beings! Join us for a Group Meditation Session to explore a meditation technique that helps Quieten Your Mind. This is a safe space that focusses on mindfullness inteded to motivate individuals to discover their peacefull self.
This Event is an opportunity for beginner and experienced meditators alike to practice meditation. If you are looking to deepen your practice or understand the depths of spirituality, this is your chance!
About the Practice:
The meditation practice we follow is called 'Jangama Dhyana'. This technique involves closing of eyes and watching without any external anchor of support like breath or chants. This technique was taught to us by Self Realized Guru Shri Shiva Rudra Balayogi aka 'Babaji' (see website https://shivarudrabalayogi.org/ ) who has been practicing this meditation for 50+ years.
Objective:
Keep an open space for everyone to have a focussed stressfree time of their day. Where priority is mindfulness and spiritual practice.
Event Details: This is solely a meditation event , with no judgement , opinions or personal beliefs imposed on individuals. Idea is to inspire and not to preach. Everyone is Welcome!

- 10 min nerve calming exercises
- 5 min Instruction and Guidance
- 30 min Silent Meditation
- Followed by Aarti ( Prostations and Reverence for Higher Consiousness )
