Join Emma, (emma_dunsford_therapy) an accredited Counsellor and Psychotherapist in this gentle and reflective workshop, where you’ll explore your inner dialogue through creative expression, curiosity, and self-compassion.
You’ll be invited to use simple creative materials to explore the different voices within your inner world, including the critical voice and the possibility of a kinder, more supportive inner ally.
This workshop offers a supportive space for reflection, creativity, and self-understanding.
No artistic experience is needed — only openness and curiosity.
