Need to ground yourself after a stressful week? Come sit with us as we participate in yoga and mindfulness exercises while learning how to better connect with ourselves. This will be a beginner-friendly event led by YogaZama instructor Anthony with mats provided!
This is a FREE, sober, and affirming space for all 18 and up.
