These sessions are for queer bodies to move, rest, play, and take up/share space in a gentle, mirror-free environment – no expectations, no judgment. Each session is an invitation to explore movement as a way of expressing yourself, connecting with others and caring for your body. You can move fully, rest, or just watch – whatever feels right for you.Through guided improvisation, somatic exercises, and shared movement, we’ll explore ways of moving that are curious, playful, and a little whimsical. You might flow like water, become a mythical creature, wander through digital or fantastical worlds – or simply celebrate the messy, awkward, tender, and beautiful ways your body moves.
Each session is a chance to get to know yourself and your community through movement, following your own rhythm and imagination. Together, we’ll experiment and discover new sensations and expressions.
☆ no experience is required ☆
☆ all bodies are welcome ☆
Come as you are, bring your curiosity, and let your body lead the way.
