Brought to you by House Of Our Queer and TACT, the Trans Advocacy & Care Team, Queer Magic is more than just a dance party—this community gathering brings queer and trans people together to dance, laugh, give our $$ to QTBIPOC vendors, and stir up magic together.

This event is a fundraiser—a portion of our proceeds are donated to TACT, the Trans Advocacy & Care Team, an east-bay based non-profit initiative that provides free peer counseling, support groups, and resources to trans and nonbinary individuals across the U.S. Find out more at yourtact.org

Queer Magic priorities safe and joy-filled community spaces. We ask everyone to moderate and be mindful of their substance consumption and ensure that their level of intoxication does not impede their ability to show up safely and respectfully.

We encourage participants to find a Queer Magic organizer if they need support in mediation or intervention while at the event. Queer Magic follows a restorative justice-informed approach to conflict resolution and intervention.

It is important for us to keep this space safe for all folks. We reserve the right to ask anyone to leave the event if they are endangering others or themselves, disregarding the consent of others, or are extremely intoxicated.
