I recently spent a week studying Vietnamese vegan cuisine with a chef in Ho Chi Minh city and i am delighted to share some of it with you!
The menu will include:
-Rice Noodle and tofu soup in sour broth with pineapple and mushrooms
-Spring rolls
Lemongrass tempeh with my homemade tempeh
Garlicky Greens
Pineapple fried rice

Dessert: Bananas with coconut milk, and peanuts, pflavored with pandan
