About this Event
Get ready for a colourful and unforgettable Pride Edition of Queer Brazilian Brunch — a celebration of queer joy, Brazilian culture, samba, tropical cocktails, and incredible food.
Directly from Rio de Janeiro, special guest Jô Luterio — singer, composer, and lead member of Samba Pra Roda — joins Toronto’s all-female samba group Sambaê for a special live performance filled with the energy, rhythm, and soul of Brazil. Expect live samba, dancing, singalongs, and a vibrant roda atmosphere all afternoon long.
Come hungry and thirsty: Geladona Toronto will be serving up traditional Brazilian comfort food including feijoada, pão de queijo sandwiches, and homemade cakes, while Drom Taberna brings the party with exotic handcrafted caipirinhas and tropical cocktails.
Queer Brazilian Brunch is more than a brunch — it’s a monthly celebration of community, music, flavour, and freedom. Bring your friends, your dancing shoes, and your Pride energy for an afternoon of samba, connection, and pure Brazilian vibes.
