QUEER ASIAN JOY ZINE-MAKING: Hosted by Meilani @chinatown.auntie from Asian American Zine Fest. Make zines to celebrate and share what queer Asian joy means to you.
Supplies provided but feel free to bring your own stickers, photos, etc. You can submit your finished zine to Asian American Zine Fest's library archive! Learn more about zines and make new friends at the Fishbowl from 1-4pm, January 18, 2026. MASKS ARE REQURED!
Asian American Zine Fest Seattle is a collective of anti-imperialist and anti-capitalist zine-makers creating space for creative politic for Asian America. Meilani is a community organizer, artist, and public historian in the Chinatown-International District.
