In honor of Women's History Month, we’re bringing the energy, strength, and empowerment to the mat with a FREE community Mat Pilates class at your local YMCA!
This special session will feature a "Queens of Reggaeton"-inspired playlist, highlighting the powerful women who have made their mark in the music industry while we move, flow, and strengthen our bodies together. Whether you're a seasoned Pilates pro or brand new to the practice, this class is for you! Expect a core-focused, low-impact workout designed to improve flexibility, posture, and overall strength—all set to an uplifting and high-energy soundtrack with artists like Karol G, Ivy Queen, Natti Natasha, and more! Let’s celebrate strong women in music, movement, and community.
