We are pleased to announce Frolick Dogs' designation as an AKC Fit Dog Club in recognition of our helping owners accomplish fitness goals together with their dogs. To continue promoting health and fitness, Frolick Dogs will conduct quarterly group fitness walks where dogs and owners may participate at their own individual skill level.SIGN UP for the quarterly walks (listed below) at this link:

Participation is FREE with each walk being 1.5-2 miles longs followed by light refreshments and social time.
Q1: Sun Mar 22 @ 2pm, Fort Ward Park
Q2: Sat Jun 6 @ 2pm, Huntley Meadows Park 3 (S Kings Hwy)
Q3: Sat Sept 12 @ 2pm, Oronoco Bay Park / Alexandria Waterfront
Q4: Sun Nov 8 @ 2pm, Fort Hunt Park (5k Turkey Trot option)
