The QMNTY 5K Safe Race isn’t just a 5K — it’s a community-powered celebration of showing up for one another. Every step helps create a region where TLGBQ youth, young adults and community have access to affirming shelter, real resources, and the kind of community connection that makes all of us stronger.
🏞️ About the Route
We’ll be moving along the beautiful Three Rivers Heritage Trail, starting and finishing at Millvale Riverfront Park. It’s an easy, scenic out‑and‑back course with a turnaround near Heinz Street — perfect for seasoned runners, casual walkers, stroller pushers, and anyone who just wants to be part of the joy.
