This 75 min class will incorporate Qigong, gentle stretching and the use of tuning forks.
Qigong is an ancient Chinese practice that blends gentle movement, mindful breathing, and meditation to cultivate and balance the body’s vital energy, or qi.
Rooted in traditional Chinese medicine, Qigong supports health by encouraging the smooth flow of energy throughout the body.
It can enhance overall well-being and inner awareness, though it’s best practiced as a complement to—not a replacement for—medical care.
