What is Qigong?
Qigong is a millennial mind-body-soul practice from China that improves emotional, mental, and physical health by integrating postures (inner & outer), flowing movements, breathing techniques, self-massage, and focused intent. "Qi," literally meaning "vital energy," and "gong," which translates to "the skill of working with," collectively form "Qigong," representing the cultivation of life-force energy.
Qigong is a simple and accessible practice that does not require any skill level or experience. You don't need any equipment other than comfortable clothes. Come as you are and allow the flow of Qi to restore your balance and help increase your vitality.
