Classes will be held outdoors on the lawn east of the water pavilion at Red Butte Garden.Awake In This Moment is a mindfulness class incorporating breathing practices that help you to slow down and calm your mind and body. This class teaches awareness of body and mind, acknowledgement of your thoughts, feelings, and sensations without judgment and allows you see clearly into the experiences of your life.
