What will we do exactly?
The session begins with a Qigong sequence introducing the foundations of the practice.
In the second half of the workshop, we will repeat the flow to the sound of the gong and sound bath instruments.
Qigong is done standing and there will be both moving and holding postures so that we can absorb the vibrations of the gong. At the end you will have plenty of time to completely relax with the rejuvenating final sound bath experience, resting laying down.
Wear comfortable loose clothing.
