Join Jaine for a Moving Meditation Class, where you'll find inner peace and harmony through gentle exercises and mindful movement.Qigong (pronounced Chi-gong) is a slow and gentle practice involving movement and breath. Designed to enhance overall wellness and promote the flow of Chi (our life force or energy) throughout the body. This class is an introduction to Qigong with easy to follow exercises, it is suitable for ages 18 and over. If you have health and/or mobility issues feel free to contact me to discuss. We can generally accommodate people with health issues such as arthritis, dodgy knees and hips, frozen shoulder even a broken foot!
