About this Event
On Sunday October 5, join Sally Chang (Evergreen Taiji Academy) for a morning of qigong movement and a seasonal community meal by Susan's Kitchen to welcome Mid-Autumn Festival.
Sally has been a qigong practitioner for over 30 years and taught taiji and qigong internationally. Susan's Kitchen is rooted in Oakland Chinatown, and specializes in Cantonese classics like house-made char siu, rice and noodle plates, as well as desserts and pastries like red-bean soup, mochi , cakes, and egg tarts.
This ticket includes qigong movement + lunch.
