Join this welcoming **Qigong for Beginners** class and give yourself a steady, nourishing practice to look forward to each week. We’ll meet every Tuesday from 6:30–7:30pm, April 14 through June 16th, for a gentle, accessible introduction to qigong—slow, flowing movements paired with breath and mindful attention. Qigong is known for helping reduce stress, improve balance and flexibility, increase energy, and support overall well-being, all without strain or prior experience.
