This 75-minute class will incorporate Qigong, gentle stretching, and the use of tuning forks.
Qigong is an ancient Chinese practice combining slow, mindful movements with deep, intentional breathing. These gentle flows help clear stagnant energy and invite balanced vital life force back into the body.
Through this moving meditation, you’ll experience improved mobility, reduced stress, better sleep, and a calm, clear mind.
We’ll close the class with a soothing sound bath using tuning forks, allowing you to sink into deep peace and stillness.
