Join Qigong master Thomas for a 1 hour practice of body movement, breath, and posture in order to optimize over all health and well-being. Qigong was developed thousands of years ago as a part of Chinese medicine. Instructor Thomas will guide participants through breathing patterns and gentle movement underneath the trees of the Arboretum.No experience is necessary, only an interest in exploring the many benefits of qigong.
Thomas Ouyang has been teaching qigong for more than 30 years. 15 years of instruction in South Pasadena, CA and 13 years in LA County. He specializes in qigong, wushu, acupressure, herbs, and more.
