About this Event
Community Corner is a service run by the NHS aiming to combat social isolation and help people to live well in their communities. We run activities to promote health and wellbeing.
Join us on the 2nd December from 10:30 to 12:30 for some tea and Qigong, which will be taking place at Earls Court Health and Wellbeing Hub.
Qigong helps stimulate the flow of life energy, or Qi, throughout the body, leaving you feeling more energized, awake, and rejuvenated. This can help combat fatigue and support your body’s natural vitality. With its gentle, mindful movements and focused breathing, Qigong is a natural stress reliever.
