Its great to do if you feel stress, anger, blocked, frustration, agitation, aggression, if you are an overachiever or if you are trying to grow too fast. This routine is also beneficial for women who have painful menstrual cycles, PMS or menopause hot flashes. This practice will also include the Swimming Dragon Yin routine focusing on nourishing the Yin energy in the kidneys and liver. This is a tonifying routine that will strengthen your qi and increase longevity.We will end class with a short yin yoga practice, and meditation.
