OVERVIEW: This training is designed as an immersive, intensive program for those individuals seeking professional training to develop a deep spiritual discipline and earn their teaching certification in Hatha yoga with additional training in Vinyasa, Restorative, and Yin.
DESCRIPTION: The spiritual journey is a path that leads to liberation, healing, and transformation of self and society. This training centers jivamukti (freedom while alive) as a central tenet of our work and seeks to develop spiritual leaders who, as yogis and controllers of the elements, embody the Practice in order to transition the collective conscious and show others, concretely, how it's possible. Our work is to anchor the spiritual in the material using the 8-Limbed path of yoga and an array of spiritual tools. This training will teach you to live authentically and consciously in the between home and community and the world that is not yet fully manifest.

SCHEDULE:
✓ April - December 2025, one intensive weekend a month
CURRICULUM:
✓ Techniques, Training, Practice: 75hrs
✓ Anatomy & Physiology: 30hrs
✓ Yoga Humanities: 30hrs
✓ Professional Essentials: 50hrs
✓ Electives: 15hrs
ELIGIBILITY:
✓ 1 year of yoga practice
✓ Submission & acceptance of the application
PROGRAM REQUIREMENTS:
✓ 200 hours of attendance, practice, and full participation
✓ Reading assignments, discussion, and exercises
✓ Daily journaling & self assessment activities
✓ Personal yoga practice
✓ The program must be completed in its entirety to be eligible for certification
✓ Students will have the opportunity to make up 8 hours at no cost, additional make up hours will be billed at $115/hr.
TUITION & DISCOUNTS
✓ $3,500 to be paid in full prior to the beginning of training
✓ $500 non-refundable deposit, paid upon acceptance
✓ Payment plans are available
✓ 10% discount for Wildlight members
