It is light, nutritious and easy to digest, making it ideal for cleansing and balancing the body. Khichdi is known for gut health, easy to digest, detoxification, anti-inflammatory, immunity, weight loss, can aid in blood pressure & cholesterol control, improve liver function and so much more.
After we learn about and make Khichdi for lunch, we will settle in for a guided meditation with Hima.
Hima Dalal graduated from Mumbai University in India and moved to Lexington in 2002. She is a distinguished Integrative Occupational Therapist, Energy Medicine Practitioner, Reiki Grandmaster, Craniosacral Therapist (credited as the inventor of this treatment), Crystal Myofascial Release Therapist, Sports and Rehab Consultant, Fibromyalgia Specialist, Yoga and Meditation Instructor. Often seen on ABC Good Morning Columbia as a consultant.
