This community-centered, trauma-informed educational event is designed to equip attendees with practical heart health knowledge, wellness-focused prevention strategies, and basic lifesaving awareness skills in a safe, respectful, and welcoming environment.
Participants will receive education on:
- Understanding heart disease and common risk factors
- Heart-healthy lifestyle and wellness strategies
- CPR awareness and hands-only demonstration (non-certification)
- AED awareness and usage demonstration
This event is educational, non-clinical, and open to all community members. No prior healthcare experience is required.
