Pups and Pilates

Pilates is amazing in itself but wouldn't it be more amazing if you could bring your 4-legged friend? Please join Pups Pet Club for a special mat pilates class led by Jennifer Villamil, Founder/CEO of REFORM STUDIOS.

This all-levels class is designed to be accessible, energizing, and fun-whether you're brand new or a seasoned mover. Expect a full-body workout that builds strength, improve mobility, and leaves you feeling refreshed. This class will be held inside of our dog daycare so your pups can perform some downward dogs alongside you.

Please bring your own mat or rent one for an additional $5 at checkout. Light refreshments will be provided. Come move with us (and enjoy some time with the pups too.)
