We all know how stressful city life can be and how important it is to nurture our mental health. Spending time around puppies is proven to reduce cortisol, release feel-good hormones and give a much needed serotonin boost. Let yourself unwind, relax and play!
Puppies
The puppies’ well-being is our top priority, that's why we only work with trusted small breeders and local families. It’s important for these curious, playful pups to spend time around people and socialise before leaving the litter. That’s where we come in! Take-A-Paws puppy yoga classes are the ideal environment for the puppies to safely explore their new world.
Body
Slow flow is a yoga practice for all levels, including the complete beginner. Our experienced instructors will guide you through a stress relieving practice, with plenty of time to take-a-paws and play with the puppies.
Charity
We donate 5% of our profits to puppies and dogs that aren’t as fortunate as the ones in our studio. Take-A-Paws is committed to supporting shelters and charities around the world by finding homes, providing food and love to those in need.
