Join Paw Yoga on the 16th November for Puppy Pilates classes with adorable Dachshunds! Pilates is a strengthening and lengthening form of exercise that targets your core muscles as well as your arms and legs. The exercises are designed to build strength improve posture and increase flexibility all through controlled repetitive movements and focused breathing. In each session you'll start with 15 minutes getting to know the pups followed by 30 minutes of guided Pilates. The class finishes with 15 minutes of puppy cuddles and time for photos.

Its exclusive collaboration is limited to trusted and ethical breeders ensuring that the puppies originate from nurturing homes. Each class spans one hour and at the end of every event the puppies go home with their owners. Throughout the sessions the puppies are provided with sustenance water and their own comfortable resting space such as a bed or blanket if they choose to nap.
