This November, RNR Therapies invites you to an afternoon of reflection, conversation, and healing as we explore generational trauma — the patterns, beliefs, and wounds passed down through our families and communities.

This interactive workshop will unpack how generational experiences shape the way we think, feel, and relate today — and how we can begin to heal what we’ve inherited. Through guided reflection, open dialogue, and grounding exercises, we’ll explore what it means to end harmful cycles and create space for growth, rest, and renewal.

This session is open to anyone ready to explore their story, deepen self-awareness, and connect with others on a similar healing journey. Come as you are — no pressure, no judgment, just a space to reflect and release.
