Puppies and Pilates | 3.30PM & 4.30PM

Soulevé’s Puppies & Pilates is a 45-minute guided mat Pilates class designed to strengthen the body and uplift the spirit. Move through a controlled, low-impact sequence that builds core stability, mobility, and balance while playful puppies wander alongside you; bringing moments of lightness, joy, and connection to your practice.

Afterwards, linger a little longer - soak in the calm, play with the puppies, and take lots of pictures as you savour moments of simple, heartwarming connection.
