1 Pumpkin miso soup
Pumpkin pureed with white miso in kombu broth with snow peas, wakame, enoki
2 Pumpkin beet salad with lemon poppyseed dressing
roasted pumpkin and beets with romaine and a tangy lemon poppyseed dressing.
3 Thai Massamum curry with tempeh (handmade fava bean tempeh), potato, peanuts, and choy sum served in edible pumpin bowls. Black rice, green mango salad, sauteed water spinach, pickled daikon.
Concert: Todd Barton - Buchla electronics
Dessert: Pumpkin sundae: Chocolate waffle bowls, pumpkin icec cream, chocolate sauce, stewed pears and apples.
