In "Puff & Pose," we invite you to elevate your practice and immerse yourself in the art of Hatha yoga while embracing the soothing presence of nature's gift. Our instructor Emily will guide you through a series of gentle asanas and deliberate breath work, allowing you to connect deeply with your body and mind.
Release tension, invite serenity, and achieve a state of balanced well-being as you flow through your practice. "Buds and Balance" encourages you to harness the therapeutic potential of both yoga and cannabis, fostering a sense of profound relaxation and inner harmony.
This class is suitable for all levels. Must be 21+ and we encourage you to come with an open mind and a willingness to explore and discover the benefits of stoned stretching.
