Psychedelic Self Love + Somatic Screamwerk
A fully-guided breath work journey incorporating psychedelic breathing technique, reiki infusion, sound frequency, and somatic screamwerk.
This specific workshop will also include an introduction to energetic clearing- how to protect and clear your own energy field so you can be unaffected by the energy of other people or situations- being in your power.
+ option to add a micro dose of medicinal mushroom chocolate is included.
Psychedelic Breath work
An active, conscious breathing technique to facilitate:
- emotional release
- transformative inner healing
- deep insights
- self exploration
The experience will be set to carefully curated music to bring you on a powerful journey into profound states of awareness using only sound, breath and body.
Psychedelic breath work combines dynamic breathing techniques from ancient traditions and research from modern neuroscience together with evocative music that will enable you to bypass the mind and drop into your bod.
By entering an altered state of consciousness, breath work allows us to access parts of our subconscious that we normally aren't aware of, or cannot connect to.
You will experience how deep psychedelic breathing helps to quiet the mind to access and release unprocessed energy and emotions in the body, gain clarity and insight and connect deeper with yourself.
Somatic Screamwerk
A full body energetic release via screaming into a pillow has the following benefits:
- facilitates letting go
- reduces tension levels
- triggers endorphins causing a natural high
The scream release will happen towards the end of the breath work journey, giving a place to push out any anger or sadness that may have come to the surface (you will scream into a pillow). This allows you to get into your body and let go.
The primal urge to scream has the capacity to take us back to a childhood state, where we may be holding onto repressed trauma or unhealthy patterns. By taking part in so called primal scream therapy, we can revisit and release these pent up emotions through giving voice to them, then pushing them out.
Plant Medicine Micro-dose
The option to add a micro-dose of mushroom chocolate to the Psychedelic Self Love experience is available to anyone who is interested. This is a very small dose and you will not have a psychedelic experience from the mushroom chocolate, although it is possible that the breath work may bring you into an altered state, possibly with visuals.
The last 45 minutes of the evening will be reserved for community-connection, hanging out, shopping our or you are free to head out after talking.

You will also have the option to explore several of our favorite psychedelic products ( for both micro and macro experiences). Candice will be available to answer any questions you have about these products and make suggestions based on your needs.
