Psychedelic Breath® is a transformative breathing method that blends ancient yogic breathing techniques, modern neuroscience, and electronic music. This practice is designed to guide you into non-ordinary states of consciousness, where you can release emotional blockages, access deep clarity, and connect with your inner truth.The word psychedelic comes from the Greek psyche (soul) and delos (to reveal) - meaning, to reveal the soul. And that’s exactly what this journey is about: stripping away the noise, the conditioning, the layers that have kept you from seeing and feeling yourself fully. 

What to expect in the session:

Opening Safe Space – Setting intentions and creating a container for deep exploration.

Preparation & Guidance – Understanding the breath pattern, what to expect, and how to navigate altered states of consciousness.

Psychedelic Breath® Journey – A dynamic breathing technique that shifts brainwaves, expands awareness, and unlocks deeper layers of the self.

Entering Non-Ordinary States – Accessing expanded states of consciousness where clarity, emotional release, and deep insights arise.

Curated Music Journey – Electronic soundscapes designed to amplify the experience, guiding you deeper into the breathwork journey.

Integration & Reflection – Grounding back into the body, journaling insights, and processing your experience.

Common themes that may arise from the journey, but are not limited to:

Somatic & Emotional Release – Clearing stagnant energy, moving through stored emotions, and making space for transformation.

CONTRAINDICATIONS: pregnancy, epilepsy, high blood pressure, cardiovascular disease, high inner eye pressure, clinical anxiety or panic attacks, psychosis, a history of stroke, recent surgery in the upper body (recovering wounds, injuries)

TO PREPARE:

• Be in comfortable clothing
• Have a blanket or shawl nearby in case it gets chilly
• You can bring a comfort item (eg. plushie, essential oils, etc)
• You may bring a journal & pen
• Bring drinking water
• Avoid heavy meals at least 90 mins before the session
