Psalms of Faith, Hope and Healing

The psalms have been a wellspring of spiritual creativity and renewal for those of all beliefs and none for centuries. How might they speak to our present moment and its challenges, as individuals and communities of faith?

In this experiential workshop we will look at key examples that focus on mental health and wellbeing, emotional self-regulations, and the journey of faith, in both English and the original Hebrew. We will also explore modern responses to the psalms and try our hand at writing our own. No previous knowledge is required, only enthusiasm and curiosity.
