Master some of these tips and techniques for connecting with those guests, from nailing introductions to giving the best handshake so you are poised in every single encounter in this session.
The Ideal Host
By the end of this session participants will understand what qualities are necessary in order to become a host and how to deal effectively with guests of different kinds. Participants will learn how they can entertain their guests in style!
Managing Events and Behaviour
Participants will get the rules of etiquette for business lunches and dinners and how to make a good impression without committing dining faux-pas at a formal dining occasion.
