Questions and Answers: Tips and Techniques

As a presenter, you must be prepared to respond to many questions, both expected and unexpected. And, the unexpected questions – the hostile ones – can often become an opportunity for real study about what your prospects value, truly, in their hearts. Let’s explore some techniques for preparing yourself.

As our time together winds down, let’s bring this home. Can everyone please do one last demo to show us they know what they learned? Everyone watch each other do their work. Pick out examples of what works especially well – and what is still in need of more work.

Workshop Wrap-Up

Participantns will emerge from the course knowing the material in question and how to apply it. Sure, they will have the chance to fire questions at their instructors, but instead of these being answered right then and there, they could instead pose a set of questions at the end of the lecture and receive thoughtful replies later in the week.
