In this workshop, we will focus on how to manage and "protect" your energy. You will learn how to return unwanted energy, set boundaries and utilize tools to assist in the process.This workshop is taught by Dreams Ramirez, MSW and Reiki Teacher/Practitioner.
You'll be provided supplies needed to carry out certain lessons and will gain the education to several techniques and materials for future use.
