Info: Martin first became interested in property whilst working for a building contractor during
the school summer holiday. Two years later, he took a job with a London based contractor
as a Quantity Surveyor and then transitioned into the role of Project Manager.
He ran his own construction business for a while, and it was during this time that he first met
Property Investors as they needed builders for their projects. Martin realised that many of
these investors lacked support from someone with his skills and knowledge, so in 2013
wound up his construction business to become a Construction Consultant for Property
Investors.
He undertook property investing training to understand how his skills fitted around what
investors were being taught and now has a portfolio of flats and HMOs in the South East.
Since 2016 Martin has also been teaching Property Investors and Developers how to effectively manage their refurbishments and conversions, sharing his 30+ years of experience helping others grow
