Project 啊Ahhhhhh【《極樂》放映會 及 映後體驗 “The Land of Bliss” Screening & Experience】

一場車禍，四名青年瞬間成亡魂。回望前塵，才發現仍被那些未曾放下的家庭、慾望與執念，牽引。鮮浪潮國際短片節「最佳攝影」得獎短片《極樂》，凝視生者與亡者之間未竟的牽連。

這次放映不止於觀看，而是一場關於生死的引導式體驗。映後活動將以冥想與聲音開展，邀你走進一段透過意象把「生與死」轉化為可感受的經驗；後半段則以書寫或圖像整理思緒，為尚未說出口的話留一個位置。

Four young souls are lost in a sudden accident. As they look back, they realize that the tethers of family and desire still pull at them. “The Land of Bliss”, awarded Best Cinematography at Fresh Wave, explores the unresolved bonds that bridge the gap between life and death.

We invite you to go beyond the screen. This is a guided exploration of mortality, beginning with sound and meditation to turn "life and death" into a tangible sensation. Through creative reflection—writing or visual art—we will hold space for the things you have yet to say. Step into this journey and transform observation into a personal awakening.

關於羅鎧欣 (IG: @healingthruvoice / https://www.heidilaw.net)

羅鎧欣是一位音樂工作者、聲頻療癒工作者、敲擊樂手、歌者、音樂教育工作者。出生於香港，羅氏2008年畢業於香港中文大學音樂系，於2010年獲美國Rice University Shepherd School of Music頒授獎學金完成音樂碩士課程，主修敲擊樂演奏。

羅氏熱衷於聲頻和能量療癒，一直積極進修不同療癒手法。羅氏現為 The College of Sound Healing (UK)證書認可的聲頻療癒師，同時為臼井靈氣大師級、慈悲靈氣大師級、古埃及靈氣大師級治療師。她亦是獲證書認可的靜坐冥想導師。

About Heidi Law

Heidi is a Hong Kong based Musician, Sound Healing Practitioner, Percussionist, Singer and Educator. Born in Hong Kong, she was awarded scholarships for graduate studies at Shepherd School of Music, Rice University, where she acquired a Master of Music in Percussion Performance. She is also a graduate from the Chinese University of Hong Kong with Bachelor of Arts (Hons.) in Music.

Heidi is passionate about sound healing, energy healing and a wide range of mindfulness practices, she is keen on cultivating her knowledge and experience as sound and energy healing practitioner. She is a certified Sound Healing Practitioner by The College of Sound Healing (UK). Law is a Reiki practitioner with Usui Reiki Master Level, Karuna Reiki Master Level and Sekhem Reiki Master Level, she is also a Certified Meditation Teacher. She has vast experience giving Sound Healing Workshops and Group Sound Healing Sessions for organisations, corporates and general public.

關於方迦南 (IG: @canaanfkn / @gigifongbemytrueself / @gigifongroom)

現為創作者及療愈者，放心藝術共同創辦人暨創意總監。畢業於香港科技大學環球中國研究學士，曾為《號外》雜誌撰稿及插畫，並曾於唱片公司擔任藝人管理及項目經理。活躍於多棲創作，涵蓋作家、畫家、填詞人、形體戲劇演員、編劇、執行舞臺監督、影片創作者及企劃宣傳。

以自創角色「脂脂肪 Gigi Fong」出版繪本《你說不對》，並舉辦多場畫展及出版小說、療癒卡，鼓勵內心對話與自我療癒。曾受邀於香港兆基創意書院、文藝復興基金會夏令營、香港流行文化節等機構帶領分享及療癒工作坊。現經營療癒工作室「脂脂房」，結合療癒與藝術創作，持續踏上創作者與療癒者的道路。

About Canaan Fong

Canaan is a creator, healer, and the co-founder and Creative Director of Art On Heart. A graduate of the Hong Kong University of Science and Technology, she is a multidisciplinary artist whose work spans writing, painting, lyricism, physical theatre, and film.

Through her original character, "Gigi Fong," she has published picture books, novels, and healing cards—all designed to encourage inner dialogue and self-healing. She has held numerous solo exhibitions and is frequently invited as a speaker and workshop facilitator by organizations such as the Hong Kong Pop Culture Festival, RFHK, and HKICC Lee Shau Kee School of Creativity. Gigi now operates the healing studio "Gigi Fong Room," where she integrates art and therapy to continue her journey as both a creator and a healer.
