The U.S. Department of Labor’s Office of Federal Contract Compliance Programs (OFCCP) Southeast Region Office cordially invites you to attend the Prohibiting Pay Secrecy Policies for federal contractors.
The webinar focuses on the practices of Executive Order 13665 on how Federal contractors and subcontractors are prohibited from discharging or otherwise discriminating against their employees and job applicants for discussing, disclosing or inquiring about compensation.
The presentation will provide a number of scenarios to help explain when an employee would be protected in discussing, disclosing, or inquiring about compensation information and when the employee is not protected. We will also highlight how OFCCP investigates the requirements.
Attendance is free and open to the public. Reservations are required.
