Profiles in Public Witness: Learning From the Past How to Live & Defend the Faith in the Present

Join us as we explore how faithful Christians have stood for truth and shown the love of Christ in challenging cultural moments. Together, we’ll learn from these public witnesses to grow in confidence, clarity, and courage as we live out and share our faith today.
Each class will have a brief suggested reading prior to the session, a guest lecturer, and time for table discussion. The schedule will be:
- Feb. 12: Jennifer Powell McNutt on Mary Magdalene
- Feb. 19: Collin Hansen on Tim Keller
- Feb. 26: Gregg Quiggle on D.L. Moody
- Mar. 5: Eric Targe on Dietrich Bonhoeffer
- Mar. 12: Amber Thomas Reynolds on Madame Chiang Kai-Shek
- Mar. 19: John Dickson on "Lessons from Early Church"
- Mar. 26: Mikel Del Rosario on "Lessons from Modern Apologetics"
This course is open to anyone who would like to attend. Participants who attend at least five of the seven sessions will receive a C.S. Lewis Institute certificate.
