Professional Development @ TEP Charter School [Middle School]

Join us for an in-person Professional Development session designed for middle school English Language Arts educators exploring opportunities at TEP.

This session will provide insight into our instructional model, academic expectations, and the systems that support strong student outcomes. Participants will gain a clear understanding of the rigor, coaching structures, and professional standards that define teaching at TEP.

Middle school English Language Arts teaching positions are currently open for the 2026–2027 school year.

Who We Are

TEP’s mission is to achieve educational equity for historically underserved communities by utilizing master teachers to provide rigorous academics, arts, and athletics instruction. TEP reallocates the public funding it receives as a charter school to pay its teaching professionals an annual salary of $140,000, with the opportunity to earn a significant performance bonus.
