Participants will gain awareness of the connection between effective leadership and emotional intelligence.

This training will:

• Explain the five components of emotional intelligence: self-awareness, self-regulation, motivation, empathy, and social skills.
• Present supervisory best practices
• Discuss how to implement the technique in difficult supervision situations.
• Develop lesson plans and training materials including PPT, hangouts and learning activities.
